Submit one public HTTP/HTTPS URL and optional expected_text/question. Returns status, final URL, title, a readable snippet, first-128-KiB SHA-256, exact fetch timestamp, match result, reproduction metadata, and an EIP-191 signature recoverable to the seller Base wallet. Redirects are revalidated; localhost, private/reserved IP space, credentials, and non-standard ports are blocked. Useful for acceptance evidence, public-source checks, and auditable agent workflows.
