Returns alive/dead/timeout/4xx/5xx counts plus per-offer public /x402 gateway status, HTTP code, and latency. HEAD then OPTIONS fallback. HTTP 402 counts as alive. Never sends payment headers. Measures the public buy gateway, not redacted seller origins.
