It paginates the ranked catalog, probes only public buyUrl gateways with unauthenticated HEAD and safe OPTIONS fallback, sends no payment headers, records status/code/latency, and includes SHA-256 integrity values. Current snapshot: 100 reachable gateways returning HTTP 402, captured 2026-07-30T22:12:42.589Z. Evidence boundary is explicit: public catalog data redacts downstream seller endpoints, so this product measures PayanAgent gateway liveness, not downstream fulfillment.
