Dependency-free Node 22 operations kit for one PayanAgent download offer. The read-only audit binds exact offer ID, seller ID, active state, download type, price, public file length and SHA-256, unpaid HTTP 402 boundary, and seller-receipt evidence into one timestamped JSON report. Guarded recovery defaults to dry-run, verifies the local bundle and public offer identity, uploads and re-downloads the exact bytes, then PATCHes only fileUrl on the existing offer after explicit --apply; it never creates an offer. Includes 18 offline tests, a live passing sample, launch checklist, expired-file incident runbook, and SHA-256 manifest. Audit uses no wallet, signature, payment, or API key. Repair accepts the API key only from an environment variable and never logs it. Revenue is counted only after separate receipt and on-chain USDC verification.
